My region is not in the list
Pick the closest one, or choose Set my own frost dates and type in your last spring frost and first autumn frost. Everything is worked out from those two dates.
The dates look wrong for my garden
They are typical for the area, and real frost lands a couple of weeks either side. A walled town garden runs warmer than an open field a mile away. Adjust your frost dates and every crop moves with them.
I am in Australia or New Zealand
SeedSow handles the southern hemisphere properly: the calendar is flipped, not shifted. In a frost-free region there is no single sowing season, so SeedSow shows what suits the month instead of pretending there is a spring.
Where are my reminders?
Check that notifications are allowed for SeedSow in the iPhone's own Settings. On the free tier you get one watering reminder and one sowing reminder at a time; Pro lifts that cap. Sowing reminders are seasonal, so frost-free regions do not get them at all.
How do I get my data out?
Settings, then Export my data. You get a spreadsheet of every planting and almanac card, which you can save to Files or send to yourself.
How do I cancel Pro?
In the iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Everything you logged stays on your phone either way.
